I have unfortunately had to roll my sled over twice already (driver error both times) first time did not have the oil light issue second time I did. As previously posted I followed the advice to remove the breather line plug the tank with my finger off to the races. Thank you so much for that information I was not in a position to tow it. Thank so much

How did the bodywork hold up? did anything crack or come loose? The apex's and rx's were almost terminal in a roll - at least shield and headlight pods.

Nice now lets review it together....... rubber side down - GOOD rubber side up- NOT SO GOOD they are very hard to steer that way. :moon:

Lol yamadog...glad it holds up! I guess it's broke in.

X3. I've always said I want to be the first to scratch my stuff. Ride it like you stole it now!!

Yes I used to scratch them in the garage prior to riding so I would not be afraid to drop the hammer. Besides a few scars gives it character. When asked you say oh that well I was ontop of the mountain in Yellowstone in a blizzard and went down the backside of boxed canyon. On my 5th attempt to climb back out I stopped to let an Elk pass when my bottle of chocolate milk slipped out of my hand and caused it!!!!

I hate scratches !!!

The first time I put a scratch on my quad I felt like it was the end of the world. But you're right......I rode it like I stole it after that ...LOL !!!

Remove right side panel. Remove pipe from the oil breather box to the air box, plug hole on the breather box and fire over until primed. Should re prime and away you go. Reinstall hose and that's it, not a quick easy fix but better than a two rope. Still trying to work with yamaha on this. They are telling me it's not a problem, hahahaha

I've rolled my HC dozens of times, even on ice an never broke anything. Sucks about losing oil prime. Tether time!
