I need to make a decision about trading in my 07 venture TF for a 2010 Venture TF. I love the 07 right now and its not giving me any problems but nows the time I can get a decent buck for it and upgrade to EFI, ride forward and better storage/seat adjustability.
I just want to make a note after reading all the threads on the ventures tippiness. Mine was great on the trails and in the twisties...it stayed planted and a crossfire 8 couldn't shake me on one of my rides...I was on his tail and he was getting mad...my problem was crossing banks at the wrong angle..over I went..2 sets of mirrors later I made the following adjustments and it was like nite and day
1-tightened the limiter strap one hole
2-put the front shocks to the stiffest position
3-rear suspension shock to the softess setting
My dughter used to say TF stood for Tippy f-ck
Anyways I just want to make sure I wont be making a costly mistake and find I wont like the 2010 as much
I'm kinda looking at the arctic cat for better storage but it doesnt have the flip up rail
Some advice please

I already have another sled for the wife/daughter. I dont need 3.
Maybe I should look at the VK pro or bearcat? Decisions decisions.
I use mainly for ice fishing, breaking trail into camp, and trail riding.I like the TF because of the wide skis and flip up rail which is great for backing up in the deep
Come on guys I need opinions

I think the only real advantage is the EFI, and if you are comfortable with caring for the carbs then I think it's not worth the money. The Venture should hold its value for several more years so if you change your mind you're not going to be out a ton of money.
