Another track question for attak

I´m about to change my ripsaw to a 1.75" track. Does anyone have any suggestion on what track to buy?
A pair of extroverts will find its way in there too.
It´s a jungle, and when you havent got a chance to try the different tracks out, i hope to get some input from you guys.

I ride 75% trail and 25% offtrail.

I have been searching this forum for some answers, but most of the track questions are about 1.25" and smaller.

There's not as many options in the 1.75" as some other sizes but from what I've looked at I'd lean torwards the Camoplast Challenger / Lite.

I would also think that if 75% of your riding is on trail 1.75" might be a little too much.
Without changing the approach angle or extending your track by alot I don't think it's all that necessary. A 1.5" or the 1.35" Cobra should get you around good enough off trail without sacrificing very much performance on trail.

Don't forget if you do go 1.5" or bigger you'll have to remove the tunnel protectors or notch the track.

I have the 1.5" x 136 Camo Intense in mine, with extro's. I removed the tunnel protectors as also the protectors that are welded to the bulkhead heat exchanger. I feel this track is about it for 9 tooth drivers. The 1.75 may fit, but under certain snow conditions, snow may have a hard time evacuating from the driveshaft area with 9 tooth drivers, plus as mentioned the approach angle is so steep, you would see diminishing returns in powder, and the 1.5" gives tons of hook. The 1.5 Cobra would also make a nice track. I'm tickled with the Intense. Haven't looked back.

I just bought a 2" Camoplast Challenger and am cutting it down to 1.75"....so pretty much cutting off the teeth.

I have 8 tooth extro drivers...and will install them soon.

Just bought a 136" extension kit from Ulmer also.

The sled I ride is an '07 APEX RTX

You could also go with a backcountry 1.75"

I went with the Challenger 2" because from what I hear the challenger lugs are a lot stiffer, and sturdier than the Backcountry, after you cut the challenger down to 1.75.

All Im using is a knife...cuts the teeth off like cake.
