So today when I installed my anti stab kit I put it where the cross pipe was to for the limiter straps and just put my straps in there.. Or should I have put the stab kit in the very front of the rails where the end caps go on? Any thoughts on this ?

The ones I have run I removed end caps, altered them to work with kit and put it there.

You don't need the tips with anti stab kit. I just ran them for piece of mind. What sled?

08 apex mtx, I just stabbed the stock track last week and I have my new one on now. So I'll definitely be putting the caps back on

But right now my stab kit is where the limiter straps is. Should be safe there for the weekend I guess

Does it hold the track out from the rail tip protectors at all

Yes it does, but obviously not so much as if they were at the tips.
