For those Phazer owners that have had trouble, can you state what kind of trouble and about how many miles you had on it when your trouble started?
I am trying to compile a list of items to watch for and try to preempt anything out on the trail.
I absolutely love my mountain lite, but i am currently 750 + mlies from the dealer I bought my sled and at lest 400 miles by road from the closest U.S. Yamaha dealer and don't want to be stuck out on the tail if I can help it.
The other day I rolled my sled over on it's right side and it took me about three minutes to roll it back over, after I got it right side up again it would start and run for about 15 seconds and then shut off and the control pod would flash error 30. This went on for about 30 minutes. I checked the oil and coolant and all was good.
It was very frustrating and embarrassing to have a brand new sled sitting along side the road as people stop and ask if I needed help!
But everything is running fine now.
Thanks.

just had over-heating problem, drained all the ant-freeze out of it and put in 50/50 mix with water wetter and solved that...

Watch out when you roll the sled. I rolled mine the 1st day too. If it sits upside down or extremely sideways for any amount of time, oil dumps out from the tube in your airbox. I would bet you have some oil in your airbox and filter. It gets sucked into your intake and your sled will run like crap.. There needs to be a better system for this oil tank tube. If you are really riding your sled aggressively in the mountains, you are going to roll it sometime.

when you get to your oil change check the motormount bolt by the oilfilter and nut behind the drive clutch. Mine fell out, as did others.

CODE 30 IS NO OIL PRESSURE,
SLED WILL RUN FOR ABOUT 20 SEC THEN FLASH CODE 30 , THEN SHUT OFF, , MINE WOULD NOT PRIME AFTER DROPPING OIL FOR TURBO INSTALL,
TILL I PUT 3-4 LBS PRESSURE IN TANK !!!
