Does anyone know the part number or where I can find these xenon bulbs??? I think these bulbs have the blueish tint to them. Does anyone have them on the attak or apex??? How do you like them???

I know that Parts Unlimited sells them: http://snow.parts-unlimited.com/5/34/3492467
You should be able to go to just about any snowmobile dealer and order them.
Not sure if those are the blue ones that you are looking for. They do have a blue coating on them, so maybe.
I know they used to sell ones that would make the beam of light white and the surrounding light inside the headlight would be either blue, red, green or yellow.
I dont know for sure, but maybe colored lightbulbs were outlawed. I know that people used to put headlight covers on that would make the headlight a certain color and those were outlawed.

the blue coated bulbs I used in the past were an off white "yellowish" bulb for "all weather" cut's throught the fog etc.

My experience with blue or bright white is they do not give the contrast of the standard yellow. Overall detail is lost. I agree that the lights look whiter/brighter, but for me I don't totally see as much, especially to the sides of the trail.

bright white is good for clear nights with smooth trail...yellow or the blue (all weather bulbs) will give you contrast on the trail...gray days etc...
I've experimented for years with many bulbs...I always come back to the all weather or yellow cast...
of course my eyes are getting older
