Replacement HID bulbs for Sledstart HID headlights

Anyone know where I can find replacement bulbs for my Sledstart headlights - or at least the model number for same?? Its been about 12 yrs and 20,000kms and one of them seems to be going - they are a great update for any Apex/Nytro. I can't seem to find Sledstart's website (I know he was a TY member - can't recall his name).

It's a H4 Hi/Lo HID bulb.
