I got a Camoplast Free-ride track cheap and I was thining of using it on my apex.
My sled came with a 144 ripsaw and I'm not a big fan the 144skid or the ripsaw track.
Which track will perform better.

They are about the same, the free ride will give you a little more off trail help but not a lot. In the end the are a wash.
Hey couldn't help but notice your interest in the freeride cross-country 14'' x 121''x 1.50 track, my used 06 APEX came with one, I think its a pretty good track, I've drifted off trail a few times, in two feet of snow, went to get back on the trail, hooked up instantly, the guy I bought it from wanted a lighter, decent track for more speed over a 15'' track, came off a Phazer , used with 8 tooth drivers, just thought I'd ad my two sense, I'm changing to a 136'' skid and track in the near future

I see you're in Barrie. I'm close. I have a 136 Attak and was thinking of going 144 (or putting a 144 in my Exciter). Send me a PM.

HEY, I'm not in Barrie, in rural area of Thunder Bay, anyway, there is a lot of mixed opinions of going to 144'' and not, you have to read all of the threads on this subject in this forum. I'm new to this form, love it, its helped me so many times, the guys are so helpful, I personally would go for a 144'' my self, hooks up faster, better flotation, smooths out the large bumps better, go with at least a inch and a half paddle track, just my 2-cents
