Its going to be pretty simple to do that swap. I've swapped a couple polaris skids into other sleds.
You just need a few measurements, and then have to move the mounting hardware and drill new holes. Done.
here is a website that will give you an idea of the measurements you will need. I'd suggest just finding a sled with the skid you want, and take the measurements.

OFT racing sells high quality rivets that you'll need to move the mounting hardware. Beats paying a buck a piece at the yamaha stealership.

They are using a polaris skid not a ski doo

I've owned two revs and have over 10,000 miles on the sc4. It's not a good skid in the doo so I don't know why you would want it in the yamaha... I'd suggest go wih a Polaris or cat skid if Ur dead set on removing the yamaha skid. Heck yamaha uses an iq skid in its race sleds lol!

I believe the reason they used the Polaris skid is because it was more race proven than what they had and they could simply run it and buy off the shelf parts. This allowed them to concentrate on the rest of the chassis rather than developing a skid frame.
But, when all is said and done, the sno-x effort was more about marketing than anything else. They aren't even running sno-x this season and the time and money they spent on the few, hand built sno-x Nytros could have (arguably) been better spent on XC racing where the sleds are much more similar to what we consumers run. The Nytro is due for an update (particularly the front end) and XC racing would really help them fine tune what they need.
