I wish I could.... due to my old age of 68 yrs old my financing is getting low as my energy to create money. Back in 07 bought a new Attak... funny how 9 yrs makes a difference at this age.
I wish I had the money that was wasted on my kids education etc that they never used. I'd buy a new XTX Apex for sure.. plus they don't help me out at all being they moved out to Maui..2 of them anyway.. that cost me money too... have to fly them and grandkids home.. and go out to visit..sucks... don't like Maui at all. Love New England and NH..

The 2017 Apex is going to be like the 1997 VMAX4....a very rare beast.

I bet about 10 of them have been sold coast to coast. I own a 16 it seems like maybe 10 members on this site have one.

I know my dealer did not bring any in at all for stock. And no spring orders. This year he brought in a few vectors. A pile of Sidewinders and Vipers he has sold though.

I just traded up from a 2010 GT/LTX Apex to a 2017 Apex XTX. I haven't had a chance to put any miles on it yet, but hopefully soon. Right now, I'm in the process of doing a few mods... Installing HID lighting, and a RAM mount next to the instrument cluster, for the GPS. Next will be the Snotrackers. Then, it will be installing ice scratchers, and I should be good to go. Still debating whether I should replace the stock idler wheels with X-wheels, which I saved from the 2010. BTW... My dealer had another just like it on the showroom floor, but the vast majority of sleds being sold there, are by far Sidewinders.

The track on the 2017 is a 1.25... actually, I got the Dealer to swap out the track for a pre-studded, as part of the deal. The photos here, were taken on the showroom floor on the day of delivery, with pre-studded track installed.

Looks great! I added one more set of stock wheels to my 2016. Seems to work well.

My dealer only ordered 100% Sidewinders, said he had some holdovers of all the other models that no one seemed to be interested in, all anyone was looking at was Sidewinders?

Also make me think they may have a hint on what's coming out next year for the 50th and don't want to have any holdovers for next year as maybe something new is coming??
We can only hope??

I do think something is lurking. The Sidewinder is an unreal machine, but the Apex faithful may have been heard for the 50th anniversary.....
