On the excell web site they have a sled that has spoked grey wheels, an Attack I think, I'm wondering if the wheels on this sled are the accesory spoke yamaha wheels.

scroll down and at the bottom of the page you'll see an Apex with the spoked grey wheels I'm asking about. On the Yamaha accesory site they look shiny, the ones on this sled aren't and look much better. I don't want the shiny ones but the ones like on the Apex in the picture. Can someone verify where these came from and if the Yamaha accesory wheels are in fact these wheels or the cheesy shiny ones they show on there web site. Any pictures would be great.

Excell must be really busy lately
This doesn't suprise me, I've emailed several times with know response also, finally I just called. Last winter Aaron was good at getting back to people (from what I remember) but he must be really busy because I've heard others mentioning him not responding by email . All these yamaha guys and all the wheel problems last year and no one knows if those are the accesory wheels....LOL.

Those are definitely the spoked Yamaha accessory wheels. I ran them on my own sled and two of my buddies also ran them on their sleds after our inner ones lost the rubber. We all had at least 1500-2000 miles on the accessory spoked ones by the end of the season last year and they held up fine. IMHO these are the best replacement wheels to use in place of the stock style if you are looking for a direct bolt on wheel. Here's a link to them on our website.

Also the photo of them doesn't really do them justice as in the photo the blue ones look really electric blue when they are really a normal blue color and the gray ones look dark gray in the photo but are really a lighter shade of gray like in the photo on Excell's website. Note they are also sold in black which are not pictured.

So the ones on the Excell sled are the same wheels on your web site ? Do they look shiny and cheesy like on your web site or in person are they just like the ones on Excell's sled ? The ones on the Excell sled look A LOT nicer then the shiny cheesy looking pics on the web site...this is my concern, I don't want the shiny version . much appreciated the info!

The ones on the Excell site are the same ones as on our website. In person the wheels look like they do on the sled on Excells site- I think the Yamaha photo had a little to much flash or something giving them the shiny look. The link I left in the previous sled is for the smaller front wheels we also have the larger rear axle shaft wheels like that on our website too.

I used them for awhile, nice high quality wheel. My silver ones I thought looked great.
