Put my new skid in last night...first ride today...total of 80 miles....When I got home I noticed that the FRA slide blocks had both slid back....bending the adjuster bold and either the rail flange or adjuster block....I still have to take it appart to see what has actually failed....All bolts were tight....I have the heavier spring (black)....set with the lesat amount of tention...clickers on softest and adjusters @ # 2 position.....sorry about the bearing pic I put it in by mistake and cant figure out how to remove it....JD

2 more shots (cropped)
I will have a few more pics later tomorrow....I hope the rail is not damaged...If it's just the block...I can easily make a new set...
Ps Thanks for getting rid of the Be pic...JD

I had the exact same thing happen on one that I installed on a sled this winter. What did Fast tell you?

Good news
Actual I don’t think I need to contact FAST at all…..When I pulled the parts off this morning I discovered there to be no damage with the exception of slightly bent adjusting bolts…..The blocks just don’t fit that tight against that ridge in the rail…I am either going to make new blocks that fit or I will make a small block and bolt it in behind the existing one…either way….you just need to keep it in line…sure was glad to see no damage…If anyone wants I will post a pick of my fix….(take me a couple days)…
On another happy note….For anyone thinking of an M-10….in my opinion if you are keeping your 03 or 04 GET an M-10….It is a complete new sled with it….A totally awesome feel….I have now put on 186 miles ( 5-6 hrs in the seat) over rough groomed trails….It will take some time to dial it in but I am so close…it way out performs the factory piece of #@&%.....very tunable….

I agree with you one getting the m 10
And for the blocks , mine did the same thing . I guess it is just not as tight as a fit as I would of thought .

My fix for the twisted block
I put a small aluminum block in behind the adjuster block....Keeps it all straight and I also but the locknut ahead of the block....I figure it offers better support and less strain on the adjuster block threads if the shock shaft should ever slip a bit....JD
