I run the Choko version and I think they work great. Just picked up a second pair for the wife for 27 dollars.

Ya my wife has the gray and black yamaha ones and work great. I thought they were only around 50 bucks a year ago but could be wrong.

I have a set of them on my Wife's Apex, and they are great. Best I have seen. I like the way the plastic pin goes into the end of the handlebars and keeps them in place. They are like most Yamaha products, a little pricey, but top shelf quality, almost always worth it. IMO

Thanks for all the replies. Wertles I think you are talking about the soft hand guards. I had those before, the Choko as well(my avatar pic shows them) but the problem I had is they would flip over on my hand at mid to high speed.
Shawn the grey/black are about $54, list as Venture GT gauntlets. Should work on any I guess.

I cut the stitching so they are wide open and they work great.

I don't have any pics right now, they velcro tightly around the bars, and the plastic push pin type thing goes through the eyelet that you can see in the middle of your picture and it goes into the hole in the end of the handlebars.

I have found the skidoo gauntlets to be superior to any of those baggy types.
These stay open for easy access to the controls. However the version that I have, doesn't have any skidoo branding on them at all. Pure black.

Those Ski-Doo ones look nice. I had a Christmas gift card from my dealer (yamaha/polaris) so I ordered the gray/black Yamaha ones.
