I am working on my buddy chads Brand new NYTRO..
It wont run unless the choke is on...
I took apart and cleaned the carbs twice..(they were spotless)
The middle cylinder is firing good..(plug is dry and hot)
#1 and #3 Cylinders have slightly wet spark plugs..
I pulled just the boots off and cranked the engine and the coils arc at the top where they plug in and in the middle of the boot..
Im trying to find if that is normal on these or not!

coils
clean those coils with brake clean inside and out to get ride of all of the carbon. thats all i have to do on the rx 1 when this happens. just do this over a clean white rag and you will be amazzed at how much black carbon comes off those things. (carbon traceing is an ign systems gremlin)

Regardless, still sounds like the pilot jets blocked. Those things are tiny.......are you certain you cleaned them out or did you just look at them?
Doesn't sound like coils because you say it runs with choke on.

It will barely run with the choke on....
Like its running on 1 or 2 cylinders.. but will not idle and wont run below 3000rpms

Sure sounds like clogged jets to me.

Pull the coils and clean them off and dry them. Pull the plugs and replace them. Did the sled get stabilizer in the fuel when it was put up for storage? If not, you may have to get the carbs cleaned. If it is a new sled, Take it back to the dealer. Unless you did not stabilize the fuel, it should be warranty work. BTW: Ask them about the arcing coils. If you can show them the arcing, they may replace them under warranty. They did mine.

Well you guys were right.....
The pilot jets were not PLUGGED but they were to the point where you could barely see thew them ( i didnt know just how big the hole was supposed to be)
Had the darn things apart 4 times.. had to go back threw them once i realized the hole was smaller than it was supposed to be..
Got them back together and even checked the carb Sync..
Thanks again guys
