Hey. Guys. Can you please help. I have an rzr With the apex 1000 engine swap. I bought this failed basket case as is. Has lots of issues main thing in need help with is engine starts and idles correctly. Will not rev. I belive computer cutting out ignition
It has a warning light flashing has self diagnosis icon on. And giving a code 81 witch says grip warmer. Not sure where elese to go please help.

Sounds like TORS is kicking in. Code 84 Will not let the motor turn more than 3ooorpm
You may also get Code 81 82 and 83. Left , right and thumb warmer

Ok. I had tors disabled then un dissbled 84 popped up. Then reconected. That cleared. Will the grip warmer cause limp mode ?

silly question is your speedo sensor plugged in? if its disconnected the engine can have diagnostic gremlins like your describing, I found out the hard way.
