Apex coils on RX-1

I have a chance to pick up some coils from an apex cheap.Anyone try this?I assume they will work if the plug is the same?

They will work, I picked up a used set of 2008 R1 coils on ebay for $29 they work great no more back fire issues

I figured the r-1 coils would work also.What I found out is that the apex ones are designed to snap on the plugs with the solid tops.You just have to run cr9eb plugs rather than cr9e.I got 4 for mine on ebay for 39$.Sure beats 109$ each from the dealer.
