There is an inline coolant heater that can be installed. The dealer can do it for you or if prefer you can install it yourself. It plugs into 120 volt ac. Works similar to a vehicles block heater. Drawback: 120 vac has to be available.

The secret is to just keep holding the key to start for 5 to 10 seconds.
Don't let off until it is running smoothly. I had the same problem and after
starting it this way, it perfect.

I had the same problem, just pin the flipper to the bar and turn the key and hold it till she fire's. I was in -35 weather and the sled sat all night in that temp. and that was the only way it would start. I tried evrything, holing the key on, I didn't want to kill the battery. I even put my charger on it and it still wouldn't fire. Have to hold the gas wide open and crank it.
