07' Attak MPI S/C
So I took out my front exchanger last year on my 1st and only ride when the track broke @ 80mph+. Was really fun just waiting to come to a stop. Luckily I was at the head of the pack. So now I need to fix asap for this year. Yes, I'm a procrastinator and has been a busy year. My question.... Mine(08') takes the 8FA-12440. Newer ones are 8JA-12440. Both look identical in pics. But I can get a good used 8JA for nearly 1/2 the cost. Any idea what the difference is? Small modifications to fit it?

odds are it is the same. might just be a supplier or material change.

For what it's worth, for anyone still riding 1 of these old pigs and has the misfortune of having to replace theirs, yes they are identical. Just got mine in. Not a very enjoyable job, that's for sure.
