APEX FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM

06 Apex fuel injection pump not pressurizing when you turn key on. Have replaced relay with the updated red one, and checked and changed all fuses. Looking for answers.

Pull the seat off, check if you are getting voltage at the pump harness connector at the sending unit on the tank when you turn the key on / crank over...

Also take gas cap off and put your ear down near the opening, should hear the in-tank pump buzz / make some noise when you cycle the key too.
If you don't have the sound and you do have voltage at the harness, your pump "bit the radish"...
If you don't have voltage, back track from there.

Been to Big Moose yet this year? How are the trails looking? The rain just wacked everything here south of Buffalo...

I was at Big Moose Yamaha today. I surrendered on the fuel injection problem and brought the Apex to them. Went up to my house at Big Moose Lake to find around 10" of fresh wet snow to clean up in my driveway. Rainy day up there on Saturday, Big Moose Yamaha was very busy
