Yea same here, not much of a clutch guy. The rest I could do. Seems after reading alot have doubts about the cobra because its thin. Anyone know how long they last?

3000 miles on mine. No studs, and no sign of wear.

Not sure of what you're looking for a picture of? Here's the best pic I have of the track, and the other was taken at quite a distance, blown up, so it's pretty fuzzy. Should give you a good idea of what happens when you pull the trigger in 24-30" or so of late season heavy snow, taken same day as avatar, both from standing start. This is not all transfer - it's set up for the twisties and Sat pm trail junk. Track is a 121"....no more long tracks for me. Been there, done that.

Yes, that's the Cobra track. I don't think there's any way on God's earth you're going to see performance as you see in that picture from a Ripsaw tracked sled. The motor and clutching are totally/completely stock.

Been there, done that (with a 136"), couldn't get used to the way it handled in the twisties, won't be going back anytime soon. I did an Edge suspension conversion on an 800 XCR and drove it for 3 seasons trying. As mentioned in the earlier post - I just don't like the way a 136 handles in the twisties. The track is stuck to the trail like glue. Makes the sled feel top heavy to me. Others don't mind. Whatever....

Edit: BTW, you don't ever want to pull up too close to the back of that sled with your shield open... :-o

Its a muffinworks kit. Ordered it black powder coated. Painted the seat black as well since the grey stripe stood out like a sore thumb.

Take it out for a spin if you ever come up in the Huntsville area.

Looks like a cheap fix for most things is just a different track.
Thanks for the help ahicks.
