Not sure if this is a common problem but i just bought this sled and i found that both of them have hair line cracks right behind the bracket for the rear skid.... anyone else had this problem and know how to fix them or make sure this does not happen again? IMO this is a poor design to reduce weight, they use the heat exchanger to stiffen the running boards and i think its a bad idea shame shame on them.

My coolers started to leak at the end of last season. I used rad stop leak and it worked. It took a litle while maybe a half hour of driveing to work in, and it has'nt leaked since.

I just got my 3rd rad fix done. I'm thinking that the leaks are caused by the cooler flexing and suspension support not letting the cooler mounting bracket move. I'm building a brace to go from the top of the tunnel to the outside of the cooler to try and stop this. It might get in the way when I ride with my feet toward the back of the running boards but it's worth a try. If it is a problem I can remove it. Every time you get off you'r machine you stand up and put all your weight on one running board, this causes the cooler to flex. Just try standing on one running board and see how much the running board flexes. I usually mount and dismount on the left side and that is the one that has cracked twice.
