What track speeds are you guys seeing when climbing....I have heard that it is only in the mid 50's but not sure if that was tuned/clutched up correctly. Any inputs?

There are dozens of variables involved in quoting a "track speed"... You could have two identical sleds on the same hill, same day, same time, and get different numbers just by the line you chose... I’m pretty confident in my SCApex setup and feel this is all she’s got to give…8000ft, 10lbs, 45+*inclines, 70mph in cold dry powder.

The highest I saw last season was not 70mph, more like 58-60mph. I, however, was not building enough boost and am awaiting a replacement blower.

Of course that is true but I figured if I got 5 responses I could take an average (since I am an average guy). Yours will probably be one of the higher numbers since you are a super tuner. Anyone else have input?

Yes mc-xpress with 17 lbs of boost. I have seen as High as 90 mph when turned to 17 lbs. Most of the time I run between 11-14

Both my friend and I are running the Stage 1 set-ups. We are running almost identical set-ups and neither one of us has seen a (factory speedo) readout higher than 56 mph...Usually more like 54 mph.
We had both of our sleds at Fairview and we definitely got stomped (Freak may have noticed...LOL).
We both have noticed some power gain since then (late spring) as we put more miles on the sleds (now over 750 miles). I am guessing the motor was still breaking in some.
But like I said, niether of us has seen track speed over 56 mph.
We ride in Colo, unload at approx. 8,800ft most of the time and go up from there. Most of the climbing is in or around the 10,500 to 11,500 range.
Hope this helps.
