Apex/Nytro and tall riders.

I'm 6'2" and found the stock Attak seat too soft. I opened it up and put a piece of 2 in firm foam under the foam there. In the area towards the back. It made a big difference.

Heck, I am 7 foot and do just fine on my '06 Apex GT, no mods to seat or bars. Moved from Viper 4 years ago and the change gave me many more years of riding. For trail riding the Apex will fit you good.

6' tall rider here on my 2006 GT
My sled has an Apex Mountain factory riser and an apex mountain seat.
This provides for great ergonomics. The firmer mountain seat gets your hips even with your knees and the riser gets your forearms nearly level with your thighs.

That seating position looks comfortable, I may need a higher windshield though, wouldn't take long to get cold. Thanks for the help

I have the RTX seat on my 06 Attak. Much better then the stock. Its firm to keep you sitting higher yet still soft enough to take the bumps. I first put a 2" rox riser to bring my arms back up. It worked but always felt another inch would be better. I ended up replacing my bars with an 08 Nytro bar set. The Nytro bars are a little more then an inch taller. also the Nytro bars are narrower. Which translate to 3"+ higher and did'nt have to get cable extensions.

I'm in the process of parting this sled out and still have the mentioned items for sale. Wink wink

I might be looking for a couple of things once i decide on what to get....if you still have them. Thanks
