06 GT, new electronics for shock last spring so couldn't ride til now.. ( Big boy spring for my 270# 'dry')
Elec works fine Ie. the dash gauge changes with the control
But sled seems harsh ride, still bottoms alot .
NOW I am wondering is it riding poorly bcx shock is shot OR When I got crazy with the transfer rod and have way to much ski lift did I cause the ride to worsen? I thought the mono would keep the ride even with rediculuos wt shift and ski lift. ? TRUE?
How can I tell if the shock is bad? Any tests be sides ride it and see how it feels?
Thanks GUys

Chances are, when you added the heavier spring, you made the weak compression, and especially the weak rebound dampening worse, or more noticeable from your shock.
Our shocks from the factory don't have stiff enough dampening, with the addition of a heavier spring, it compounds the problem, because the shock can't control it.
Get your shock to Pioneer or HyGear and have it revalved.
