07 apex attak
Hey guys just installed a used exhaust on my 07 apex and while doing that I pulled the skid out just curious what i should check or add as in aftermarket stuff to help the sled in that department thanks!

I installed new Pioneer Performance nylatron bushings last year... stock ones were well worth out. Service/replace bearings and/or idler wheels. If the wheels are stock...add slightly larger ones to improve rolling resistance and slider wear. Grease everything up too.

Alright cool thanks! I'm Gunna look into that

Send the shock out for rebuild/revalve. Install a Big Boy spring if you weigh more than 100lbs.
Powder coating the skid is very high in the "cool" factor.

Where do you send ur stuff to get work done here in Manitoba? Haha yea I certainly weigh more then that lol. And how much would that stuff cost?

Jim Bowman in Garson rebuilds my shocks. There are a few more in Wpg that also rebuild shocks.
You can order a spring from Yamaha. I choose to order my spring from Pioneer Perf. as I was ordering more parts from them.
I would also add a reinforcement plate on the rear pivot where the bolt goes thru on the rails. Known weak spot.

Piece of aluminum 1/4" that I picked up from a truck repair shop that I made to fit.
Right on sweet. Who did the powder coating?

A member on here did me a very large favor and did it at his work place. They do not pc for the general public. If he sees this post he may chime in.
