Oh don't think I wont use that flap. I love that flap. I got 4 rear flaps including a new 07 Yamaha flap. I used stainless steel bolts and lock nuts to hold on my rear flap so I can switch flaps as often as I change my underwear.............once every time I ride.........................Cubby
Oh by the way I do have one more thing to tell you about the Apex exhaust side covers. Take off your stock Warrior covers and look to see if they wore like a groove into the tunnel where the plastic covers rubbed against the tunnel. If the paint is worn off the tunnel or there is a indentation or groove worn into the tunnel, the Apex side covers DO NOT cover this mark. I had to sand and sand and then buff out that area of my tunnel to get rid of that mark on my tunnel...........................Cubby
Got the exhaust and Apex tail light to fit nice. Had to do some modifying but it looks and sound sweet! The guys at Excell are right on. Their instructions need a little help but their products are top of the line.
