Getting my apex xtx ready for the shake out cruise this weekend.We got dumped on with a lot of snow!
The nytro xtx suspension & apex xtx skid look pretty well much the same. This thing better be good in deep snow. Approach angle measures the same so no reason it should not.
Anyway
Swapping ripsaw for Cobra track
Lake effect 2.5" riser
Yamaha mountain strap
USI vx 301 skiis
Should be ready to rip on Friday!

Keep us posted on the performance of the 144 Cobra track. I had a 136 Cobra on my Attak GT and really liked it.
I want to try the stock set up for awhile and I will eventually go with the Cobra.

2 speeds have a bad rap from his self destructing 1st version. The new updated ones are dead nutz reliable; real easy to tune & work as well if not better then the drag n flies!

I was thinking of getting that cobra track for my 07' Attak. Is the cobra that much better than the stock track? I ride in the U.P. on trails and off trails.

The Cobra is that much better. It has better traction for trail riding, plus stopping is better. I have also ridden the trails in Michigan with it.
I ran against same sleds and the Cobra always outperformed the standard ripsaw. That will be an addition to my Apex XTX at some point.

My cobra is getting swapped out from my 09 xtx nytro. The track had been tortured for 1900 miles & it still looks great. This track is a very good do everything performer.
