Are the Ohlins worth the price?

I think so. Difficult to tell, as I had the Ohlins fronts put in and the rear skid adjusted at the same time. Definitely a very different sled than the one I had my first ride on. Still have stock rear shocks.

Pity Yammie didn't make this a factory option at order time, the difference between the 2 shocks (stock and Ohlins) when you are replacing is only about $50 each.

I'd get the wide front end with the stiffer springs. More bang for your buck. Plus the handling improvement far out weights any ride gains that you get with the Ohlins. Just my own personal .02$
