attak/riser/cover questions

i'm putting an apex mt riser on my attak and handguards. does anyone know if the attak cover will fit or will a apex mt. cover fit better?

Not directly answering your question, but the standard cover fits fine over the hand guards with a 2" riser.

probably where the handlebars go on the mt cover is bigger for the higher handlebars

i have an attak with a mountain riser on it..my deluxe yamaha attak cover still fits fine.

freezie how did the riser work with the stock cables? any issues or was it a direct replacment? i have been thinking about doing this to my apex

its 2" taller and direct bolt on

yup what richierich said....i didnt have to extend my cables at all, they are definately a little snugger,if i remember correctly i moved the cables around to the front of the bars too.Its only a 2" rise but im 6'2" and i find it way more comfortable.

ya im 6'2 as well and have raised the bars on all my sleds. thanks for the info guys.
