Any codes flashing with all of this? Did you check the speed sensor as mentioned earlier? May want to check the Throttle Position Sensor as well, not sure how this mahine reacts to certain electical failures but the TPS has been an issue for some. You can check your using the method in the service manual Page 91 and 92 in the service manual (suplemental attachment for the Apex). If you don't have that I could P.M. you those pages or you may still be able to get the manual from this site. Do a search and it should pop up.

disconecting the power from the ecu will reset it.
unplug it or the batt. for two min.
and you can download the shop manual, the link is on this site(somewhere)
do you have your barometric presure sensor pluged in? its in the airbox
this is important for fuel to air ratio

Check the voltage output from your battery. I had exactly the same issue with my Attak. I took it to the dealer and the first thing the mechanic said was that the battery had to have a minimum of 12.6 volts output or the ignition would not fire. He then checked the output and found I only had 12.4. After temporariily hooking up a new battery, the sled fired right up. (no charge)

- 2016 RS Vector XTX 1.25 Lug wifes..2013 RS Vector LTX.. 2003 600 VMax Past Machines 3-2007 Attaks 1-2010 Vector LTX.. sorry no Stinkdoos or poo's cats.
That's what happened to me last night trying to jump it with another sled. It would turn but no start. Turned too slow. Fuel pump worked so did starter of course. This morning fired right up with an overnight charge.
I´ve got ignition.
Checked it twice so that´s not the problem.
The problem is exactly what i wrote earlier, i got no signal to the injectors.
Ill try to tap the injectors and check all the wires, connectors and messure the sensors and see if i can find the problem.
I´m 200miles away from the sled now and im going up to the swedish mountains next weak and continue with the c**p.

Sounds like a problem your dealer should handle.
I´ve found the problem. The TPS was in some kind of "middle position" It didn´t give the right values. i gave it a light beating with the nob on a skrewdriver, turn the key and the sled started to roar like a bear
