on the turbo i have 4000 kms of hill climbing and drag racing and i did change the chain at 3500 kms, it had a few stiff spots
But for this new project everthing will stay unboosted, and i think i will need the low end grunt of the 19 tooth over the top speed....we dont really have trails up here, just well the wilderness....

Did you try this set-up with a 20 top gear.
I hope i will be able to stay over 100mph on the lake. That would be approximately a 14 mph drop over stock set-up, i think this is reasonable.
I dont want to lost too much top speed as i do a lot of trail riding.

no i have always run the 19 tooth gearing

Your 09 se does 114? I couldn't get more than 105, but then again, I never really tried really hard to top that.

I think with a 20 top gear you should still get 100 either way.

I have only seen108 on the dream meter on my 09 XTX. That was before the new track and drivers!
