Backfire problem on RX1

You could start by putting a little more pressure than what you plan on running for boost. I found though, that when I backed the pressure down I got more bubbleing. The volume of my leak was great enough that the soap would blow clear of the opening and not form any bubbles until I backed the pressure nearly right off.
Like Travis, I like the billet tees. I have used the spools inside the rubber tees successfully, but eventually got bit by the split tee. I build my own billet tees on my lathe, but for the price the MPI ones, they look pretty good. One other though, if this is a new install, is it possible that you got to much epoxy in #2 carb vent and plugged it off? Maybe check for communication to the bowl from the tee.
