I have a 2006 Apex ER with 2600 miles, on the last ride the vibration at the feet is getting worse, I haven't a clue but you can feel it right into the handlebars as well. I get on my freinds Apex same model and miles and his machine is smooth as hell, I get back on mine and you can feel it real bad. Could it be a bad drive bearing, belt, secondary.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check your belt, it might have an area starting to separate, that will cause a vibration.

had the same thing, it was the two new inner wheels delaminating and a bad bearing in one of them, so far so good, but i would check the rest of it out just to be sure
Check the ice in the tunnel OR like someone said check the belt.

Pull your belt off, lay it on a very flat surface(glass if you can) and check for divets in the sides. I should ask of you have gotten stuck, or had to pull somebody, or had you hyfax freeze up while sitting? Any of these conditions (and more!) will cause you to burn your belt. Did it just start doing this, or gradually getting worse?
If that isn't the problem, get your sled off the ground, and start trying to turn everything and feel for friction and dragging parts.

I would check the drive axle bearing on the clutch side.

[ Gauranteed its drive axle bearing if its at your feet with the slight chance of ice.

Is yours studded, and the other one not? Studding induces lots of vibration, especially ay the feet.

Vibrations.
I really appreciate all your advice and will start taking it apart today, I noticed that while it was up in the air and I was turning the track (running) that I could hear and feel alot of slapping/knocking or tapping at the slides where the track first makes contact with the curved rails.
I need to pull the suspension and make sure the clips are intact, I myself suspect it's a bearing so the sooner I get it done the better I'll sleep.
Thanks folks.

Vibrations.
Well I pulled the skid and the hyfax are fine, the suspension appears intact, no cracks in the welds. As I was laying on the garage floor contemplating life I noticed the the studs did not appear very flush with the track. I have 96 dually diggers up the middle with the tall nuts on them.
Well low and behold the nuts were all loose backing the studs off causing them toknock against the drives, thus the vibration and knocking sound.
I removed the tall nuts, threw them in the garbage and replaced them with new nylock nuts.
Put everything back in and quiet as a mouse, smooth as silk.
Once again this site prooves it's worth.
Txs to all who threw there opinions on here.

Did you have the little lock washers on them? A buddy put a few thousand miles on his studs with tall nuts and didn't have an issue. He even took them off his Gade1000 with 800 miles and put them on his Apex for the rest of the year with no issue.
