Belt adjustment (too hight on secondary)

hey, my belt is sitting too high on the secondary, do i need to take the secondary off to adjust the spacers? or is it possible to squeeze back there and get it done?

You need to take the secondary off.

the belt should be up to 1.5mm or approximately 1/16" above the outer diameter of your secondary using an Yamaha 8DN belt. If it is more than that remove shims (washers) from the (3) adjustement bolts on the back fo the secondary.
