How far down into the cltuch should the belt be when the sled is stopped and not running? I mean shoulf the outer edge of the belt be about flush with the outer edge of the secondary clutch sheaves?
I'm having some issues with my clutching, it's like the belt is slipping or something. The sled will hit about 8800 rpm then it just acts like it hits a wall if it's out in fresh snow, out on the trail it feels fine. But you put a big load on the track and it just stops at 8800 for a few seconds then will rev right up to where it should be.
I'm wondering if the secondary is messed up since I stiffened the spring up. I'm going to put the clutch back to it's stock position for the next ride and see what happens then...
