My buddy changed my belt last week. I noticed yesterday that there a couple white arrows on the new belt. Unfortunately, he installed with arrows point to rear of sled rather than forward. It's a yamaha belt. Is this an issue? Any tips I need to know to to change it around if needed?

That's just there so you always install it in the same direction. If its new just make sure if you take it off to put it back with arrow in the same direction.

So you are saying just leave it on as is and ride and if I ever had it off to reinstall with arrows going the same way, correct?

Great. Thanks!

I never knew you can run them backwards but I really don't know.

General practice if they don't have arrows is to install the belt so when you are in front of it the writing is the right side up to read.

Me neither, always thought they were designed to run one way only?

Thanks for that info. Clears up all doubt. Can go on either way but always reinstall the way it came off.
