Hi, installed doo extros on my Nytro yesterday.
I am 100% sure we got the timing arrows pointing the same, and both wheels pressed on correctly.
Somehow the extrovert tips are not in sync with each other. I believe they are 3-4 mm out of sync. Both wheels pressed on with the "clip" cutout to the outside and as stated above - Timing arrows pointing from the same flat on both drivers.
Does this matter? When trying to run the wheels on the track it does not seem like a problem.
I talked to my local doo dealer, and he had never seen this before -
Altough he had seen misaligned extros on NEW sleds and this was not a problem.
What do you guys think?

I had the same thing happen on my old Rev when I put extros on it. Pressed them on, arrows on the same flat, etc. Were visibly off by a small amount. I tried to "adjust" them with a big hammer but got no movement. Ended up just putting it all back together and running it. All I noticed was a little more vibration than when I put extros on my Nytro. Ended up selling the sled a short time later and everything still seemed fine. I think the drivers will wear into sync eventually anyways. I would say just go with it- it'll be fine.

I agree- it is odd. Still not sure exactly why it happens. The drivers I installed were Wahl, which are known to not be as high quality as Avid's for example, but the ones I put on my nytro didn't have any problems. May be a deficiency in the molding process, or it could be a poor fit to the shaft itself. Who knows. Good luck with it, I'm sure it will be fine.

Just did a quick test ride.. but too little snow to test it for real. But after the icy road it seemed just fine. No vibrations, no strange sounds...
Hopefully i get to test it for real this weekend..
