Theres no point for me to have just one snowmobile. I would be in the workshop half of the riding time. Instead Im in the workshop when I really should be asleep to make both sleds ready for the weekend

You should be able to remove the top tank and get a rad shop to repair it then just silver solder it back on and test it for leaks. Or just get them to do the whole thing, it looks like your pretty handy with tools so it shouldn't be too much to do

I rolled the sled off a cliff, and landed it upside down on a big rock.
The plan was to sidehill above the cliff, but the sled did not agree.

Ouch!! If your gonna damage it, do it right!! Lol
At least you are ok! That's the sled with the motor you just rebuilt right? Hope the engine is still good after all that work you put in!

I have the opposite problem LOL!
Good work!!!!
What about eliminating the radiator with tunnel coolers? I've always disliked the radiator on the mountain sleds.

Yep, this is the sled with the rebuilt engine. It seems to run fine. I rode the sled 30 kms to get back home after the wreck.
Rick,
I was thinking about eliminating it, but got my hands on a used one from a local guy, and dont have time to wait for more parts.
Im hoping to get it back and running before easter vacation.
The new bulkheads and starter is on its way. So it should be possible.
