so I had the dreaded 08 subframe bend and not my a arms when I hit a tree...try to figure that one out!. Anyways my dealer warrantied the whole subfram no questions asked and they did the ball joint updates right away. He told me that yamaha will warranty the 08 subframes if there are no stress marks that show that the sled hit something.

This is bull #*$&@,I scuffed up my left spindle pretty good. I know if I bring it in they are going to say thats what made it do it. KNOWING they are lieing!

Mine was replaced under warranty with the same comment from the dealer.
