I have been sleding on and off for 20 years, but always have ran stock.Just would like some opinions BY PEOPLE WHO KNOW on what would be the best mods to buy for my attak.I run on groomed trails ,run 3000 miles+- year.
thanks Milkman

What do you want to gain or improve? These sleds handle and run Very good in stock form. If you want more power, A super charger would be mine choice. ===SRXSRULE===

A little better proformance but nothing crazy want to keep reliability and not have to work on it to much.

well if thats what your after I would ride it stock first, let it the motor break in and then deside if you need/want more. ===SRXSRULE===

Ride it, see what you like or dislike. Who knows, you might be satisfied with the way it is. I had an opportunity to ride a turboed RX last season. I really wanted to try it, but if I did, I knew there would be a turbo on mine. I didn't try the sled and saved $4500. No doubts to those who have turbo's, just don't want to part with the money yet.

Like always im sure the best bang for the buck i going to be a clutching, that by the start of the season will have tons of tuners finallizing there settings..

With no computer chip to change i am not sure if any engine mods can be done except a turbo or supercharger..

How about a power programmer?

That all depends if the computers used on them will be programmable.. and have a plug in for it..

That would be nice another 18-20hp at the push of a button. Do any of the performance shop owners that are on this site know if there is a plug? I would think there would be so dealers can check problems when they happen and change mapping if yamaha has a mapping update after we take delivery.

Even 5-10 hp would be ok!

With a full clutch kit from The Speed Shop, ZOOM - ZOOM!!!

Sounds like a great winter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks guys for your input ,guess I will wait for you pros to figure out what mods work the best in different riding conditions.I relize the alot depends on personal preferance but it seems like if somthing is goood most people agree.
Thanks Milkman

If there isn't a port, someone will come up with something
