Best Na Viper setups

My Viper has gone thru the wringer trying to get the best setup I could....

Here is my setup:
EVO Header and muffler
EVO flash for 91 octane
Modded airbox
Thunder Products Big Venom clutching with Carbon Fiber belt

Dynoed at 171.1 hpr next to Dave_RX1 viper that dynoed 160.4
Only difference was Dave's sled had 346 miles with break in oil, mine with almost 4,600 miles with synthetic oil.

Best mph on snow (perfect conditions) was 110 with a blip of 112 on the speedo. Best mph on asphalt was 115mph, but my quickest timeslip is posted above. I weigh 245 without gear.

What was the base HP number on your sled Terry?

Never did a base run with my viper. Dave_rx1 sled was put on the dyno for his base run and worked from there. This day was crazy busy, we started out 1:00am and got home at 1:30am the next day. Dyno time was 7am till 8pm at EVO

We put my sled on the dyno the very last because I wanted to see what mine had with more miles on and synthetic oil.

Depends on which way you want to go.... Gates belts Carbon Fiber
Direct replacement would be the 8JP equivalent 40C4313
8DN equivalent is 40C4340

I have been running the Gates Carbon belt on my Vector for the last 2 seasons and have over 2500 miles on it and it's looking great ! Going to leave it on for next year. I will report back when it fails.
