I have o3 TRX1 mcx rear mnt. 10 lbs boost 159x16x2 Holtz skid.We ride from 3000 to 6500 ft elevation cental Wa. I basicaly run Snow Fevers 8bu ppp short spring but have a hielx secoundary with 45 helix. Climbing in 2 to 3 ft. powder I saw 9800-9900 rpm. I did not check track speed. going up trail on packed 10200 -10500. going down paked trail 10500-10900 rpm. sound close does your rpm vary this much in condition or is secoundary causing a problem? ;)!
Thanks to Mr.Sled for getting me back on forum after a year. Somehow could not log in, and thanks for all the posts, helped me build my sled when there is no one else around running an rx-1 let alone trx1. Due to bad snow year only put on 125 miles with turbo, still tunning! :rocks:

I have a 44-38 helix with white seconday spring wrapped at 70 degrees and mine pulls 10,400 to 10,600 depending on the day and snow depth. This is on 9lbs boost.

I like run mine about 10.000 rpm when climbing and it will over rev at lower elevation on the road getting to were we ride, but once I get above 9000 ft. it stays around 10,000. you need to clutch for were you plan on doing most of your riding.

I'am still learning the HC-X secoundary. I had one hole left to wind it tighter and I picked up the rpm to 10100 and climb to 10300 to 10500 RPM. This was at 6000 ft. It seemed to make a huge improvement When the turbo kicked in it stood staight up. I need to get a scale and attempt to see were the wind is 70# or 80#. I might use a stock clutch and measure the distance from each marked hole to see what the wind is. I wish the hc-x was marked like stock clutching so you know were you are at.

8B's with two long steels, 14.5 rollers, YPY primary and a silver secondary for springs, and I took the helix out of my SRX (47° I think) and I never touched it again. Pulls just over 10,000
