Right now my front springs (Apex ER) are "loose". My A arma re not quite parallel to the ground but close. I did this to help with the body roll and it seemed to work. Once I install the 13mm sway bar, should I keep loosening the springs until I find the sweet spot or should I go the other way and start to tighten them back up?

I wouldn't/didn't. I just the front spring preload and damping where it was.

setup feedback.
MXD,
I have an 06 Attak with a new Pioneer shock revalve and stiffer 6.5 spring at minimum preload. I just got the sled and my initial ride setup felt top heavy with too much body roll. It also pushed in the turns, in spite of my pilot skis. I slacked off the front ski springs and it was too soft, and still too high in the nose. I tried max ski spring pressure and it still pushed and rolled. It felt like the front of the slide suspension had too much pressure.
No matter how much I unloaded the ski springs, the A Arms were not horizontal.
Today's ride was 100% better due to a combination of these changes:
- Front limiter strap tightened to next to shortest holes.
- Coupling rod adjusted to 3/8ths of allowable travel (was previously 3/4th travel).
- Rear shock spring preload increased to 4th of 6 cam positions (previously at 1, minimum)
I was surprised that this did not create a harsher ride due to limiting travel, but it was actually much better and didn't bottom out, even on slow abrupt moguls. I'm not sure this is the best setup, but it is getting close for my Attak and my 200+ lbs. It tracks nicely through the turns now. I have a 13mm torsion bar on order also and expect this will reduce body roll even more and let me stick the outside ski hard on the turns.
I may need a little more aggressive carbides since my 136" track with 126 1.375 Woodies studs is hooking up pretty hard in the hard snow conditions we presently have in Maine.
I never rode mine stock, but I am pleased with the Pioneer revalve and spring combo. I made the changes based on reading this forum and feedback from others about the mono suspension bottoming. On another note, my control rod is not slapping and making a lot of noise as others have reported. I suspect the revised shock valving may be helping this too.
I hope this info helps you dial yours in!

I would not run my springs too loose. Our manual says the allowable adjustment range is 5.69" to 5.30", measured from the center of the top bolt to the top of the spring. I plan to leave my spring preload the same or maybe loosen it a little when I install the 13mm sway bar. Bruce at Pioneer recommended this also. I am presently at 5.375".
