Best ski for Vector?

I want to improve the off trail flotation and reduce weight on my '05 Vector. What ski would you recommend that maintains good trail handling? Is the Yamaha mountain ski a good choice and does it save any weight over the stock ski?

I put a set of slydog powder hounds on my attak and love them, great looks and handle the trails great..... and you can get them in some wild color combos..... i would assume they would work well on the vector too.

Seems to be a lot of people here using Slydogs. Did you go with the Bergstrom tripple point carbides and ski savers too?
