Gents,
I'm finally getting around to put the sled back together. Been sitting now for three years while I had two boys. One of which has a Brand new z120 coming this X-mas. Which I'm pretty excited about.

Any way picked up billet tees and carb caps and installed them dry.

Is everyone just relying on the o-ring??? or Are we still using some epoxy.

Also picked up fittings and tubing to water cool the turbo any ideas where to splice into coolant system would be helpful?

Thanks for any experiences...Srx74

The orings seem to working for me just fine, been around 18psi or more last time road the sled. But that was alwhile ago, sure works better I think then gluing them in. As for coolant, I used the line that goes from the thermostat housing to oil cooler. Thermostat housing to turbo then return to oil cooler. Way better than people use to say use coolant from carb heat. There was lots of times have to turn off carb heat, then what about coolant to turbo.
