2011 Apex 128, Ulmer Airbox and clutch kit, PCV, HID
1980 Exciter 300
I have a 2011 Apex std and am installing a 4th wheel kit and Yamaha billet wheels. I have it all buttoned up, however barely have enough threads to tighten the nut. Should I have removed the stock washer between the spacer and each rail? Also, one of the the billet wheels will not turn because the snap ring hits the washer. What am I missing? It looks too good to go back now.

Better start over, something isn't right. I've never had to remove any washers for a 4th wheel. Sounds like the new wheels are wider than stock?... did you measure them to compare? Check the spacers, they should be the same size from one side to the other.
