Anybody know the part number for the black one, along with the tank piece as well?

I can find the part numbers but, can't tell if it is black or not. Usually if there is a color the last 2 digits will be "BK" or "BL", something like that.

you need the 2010 part numbers, 2011 or 2009 should be different.

Just looked they are

8GL-77111-40-00 is the 2010 shroud xtx black

8GL-77111-00-00 is the 2009 and so is 2012 (both are blue so same number)
