Just finished the MTX tunnel heat exchanger install in my 09 SE and I cant seem to get all the air outta the cooling system. Is there a special procedure? I did lift the front and let it hang while filling and also tipped the sled on its left side (got a huge bubble out while doing this) but I am not comfortable that I got all the air out. Tnx.

During the filling procedure, lift the front of the sled couple of times, trying to get as much air as possible to go forward and up through the top radiator. Tip the sled to the right and to the left couple of times as well. Then use the bleeder at the back of the MTX heat exchanger and then finish the job off with the bleeder at the top of the bent hose behind the battery. Never had a problem with this.
