Blue windshield for Attak

Does anyone know if there is a blue windshield I can buy for my 06 Attak? I looked on PowerMadd and Yamaha and didn't really see what I wanted.

this is the windshield off the 07 (or 08) apex mtx. i had to order it as a replacement part, becuase i couldnt find it in any acessory catalog

Also, will any of the new windshields from the new Apexes work on the 2006's if I were to order them as replacement parts??

yes they should as the light pod hasnt changed, and i thinik it was somewhere in the $90-115 range but the lower wiindshield + rox pivot riser = colder hands!

buy a clear one and scuff/paint the inside!

Tried it, never can get the paint to match and it's a pain in the rear. I would like to buy the one off the Apex LTX GT

Paint with polycarbonate and two types of clearcoat.

Yup, I wish we could get a low blue chrome like the GT's have. Guess I should have spent the extra $1000 for different colour scheme.

They had them in 2006 part # sma-8ft96-10-bc of course it was $139 canadian we like paying 30% to 40% more for parts up here !
I find Yamaha doesnt load up on parts and accessories liks cat or BRP. Most dealers just go by the current year parts and accessories book but if you have a non current part # they may still have in stock.
