I'm in need of a bit of info that seems pretty damn hard to track down. What are the dimensions for the center rear bogey on an 05 Warrior? The bearing on mine let go, and the dealers can order the part but don't know the size of it.

The rear bogie wheels are 178 mm or 7" in diameter. I replaced mine with wheels I bought from Smart Recreational Products in NH. They have a variety of styles, I bought the plastic spoke wheels, ther have a removeable/replaceable 6204 bearing. I had them 2 days afetr I ordered them. Just as durable as the stock Yamaha wheels plus a removeable bearing. I pull all the bearings out of the wheels, pop the seals, clean the old grease and accumulated water out and relube them with a synthetic grease. These bearings will last for many thousand miles with some maintenance. It is not the load that kills these bearings, it is the water which sits in them during the long, hot miserable storage periods.
